FDI declines 16 per cent in financial year 2023, first y-o-y contraction in decade

FDI declines: Gross foreign direct investment (FDI) flows, for the first time in a decade, declined on an annual basis in 2022-23 to USD 71 billion mainly due to a slowdown in the global economy, according to the RBI data.
