Amul milk to become dearer by Rs 2/litre in Delhi, other states

 Amul has hiked milk prices by Rs 2 per litre with effect from July 1 across all brands, a senior Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) official said on Wednesday. For the 500 ml packet of Amul Shakti, Amul Gold and Amul Taaza, Amul will charge Rs 1 more. Accordingly, a litre packet of Amul Gold milk will now cost Rs 58.
